I didn’t know this app had a forum. I am delighted to say good morning and happy Sunday. Kathy, 42 from Massachusetts with a good 55 lbs to lose to start.

I gained from being bedridden with chronic illness and then just throwing in the towel once it got packing on.
I love to cook and most of my best recipes are very high calorie.
