Hit a plateau - help!

Hi. I've been following a food and exercise program since April, and have successfully lost 14lbs, as well as reducing my body fat from 33% to 25.7%. I've been running and walking most days, as well as doing some HIIT core workouts.
However, for the last 4 weeks, I've hit a plateau, but with weight loss and fat loss.
I'm happy with my 'weight' - I'm not ruled by a number on the scales - but I really want to reduce my fat% - I'd like to get down to 22% if possible - I am still carrying excess fat, especially around my stomach.
Can anyone help? I'm loath to reduce my calories much more - I already eat about 1270 a day, with a few more if I've worked out hard (if MFP says I can!) so much more reduction and I'll go into starvation mode, right? What can I do?!

Have you tried exercises aimed at belly fat? I too just dropped 7.5kg weight (7.1kg fat) in 3 weeks and go to be weighed today after 4 weeks. My goal is lose 10kg but I also notice I still carry fat around the belly and love handles so have started doing extra exercises aimed just at that area.
There are loads on youtube varying from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

    Something like these home exercises.

If it really is about improving your body composition, I would suggest that you switch to eating at maintenance and do 'body recomp':

You can't spot reduce fat, you just have to lose more body fat overall and exercises 'aimed at that area' might build up some muscle to try to make it look a bit better.
