No sync from Fitbit since June 23. I've emailed support with no response!

I've done all the suggested fixes - twice now! I've emailed support and they never responded. And I still have no sync of Fitbit data to MFP since June 23.

    Iv'e driven myself mental trying to sync Fitbit with MFP!! I still can't manage.... Iv'e followed all the tips and advice... still nothing. Total pain.
