I am a soon to be 53 year old. I am 5'3" and currently 224 lbs. My goal weight is 150. I saw a nutritionist today. After my annual physical with my doctor last week, I was sure that I was going to have a thyroid issue that would explain this extra weight, but no such "luck" LOL. He referred me to a nutritionist who has decided that while I eat well, (I try to eat unprocessed, whole foods and really am working on eating mindfully) that eat too many carbs. I already knew that.
However, i've decided to buckle down and really follow her instructions, because clearly, my way isn't working.
Im looking for friends on here, to be accountable to. Feel free to friend me - I would love to see what your eating and get ideas! My diary will be open to friends too!
