Hi, I have updated to premium recently and now serious about losing weight and looking after my health. I have just started eating more of a whole food plant based diet using fish and chicken as a condiment but no meat or dairy. Going well so far. I am also staying away from flour and sugar. Any lovers of whole food plant based diets on this forum?
