Anyone use the happy scale app or the weight gurus app to track your weight loss. You have to weigh everyday and it takes the average over the week as some days you may be up others up may be down. Much happier for me doing it this way as if you weigh once a week and that day happens to be a heavy day you might lose confidence and give up.

I use it daily. It gives me a good idea as to how I am trending. I only input my weight into MFP on Sat and sometimes that weight is higher than other days of the week. If I only weighed on that day I would be much more discouraged!

I use Happy Scale and I really enjoy it! I found that my weight fluctuates a lot day by day or week by week and it can really get to me. But seeing the average and my overall trends really really helps my mental health and keeps me motivated! I also love the little milestones it sets. Definitely motivating!

Hello I have been using Happy Scale. Do you all mind sharing with me what weight smoothing method you use? I am having a hard time deciding which one would be best. Thank you.

Thank you for your replys. Out of interest do you just use the free version or do you pay for the extra subscription and was it worth it?

I didn't know they had a paid version. Do you know what the paid version adds?

I used to use the free version but the new scale I bought does the same thing with bluetooth (no more double logging yay). My weight fluctuates a lot, so I really want to focus on the trend vs the day to day.
