Hi my name is Karen Taylor. I started using Myfitnesspal on July 4th. I'm down 10 pds. My diabetes doctor introduced me to this application. I never knew how to count calories. This app is amazing abd truly keeps me motivated. I really enjoy looking at my progress on the graphs. We can do this "one day at a time". My current goal is 199.9. My highest weight was 375. I'm down to 295. I loss all of this weight by making healthy eating choices versus the surgery.
