Bike Riding

I started walking in March 2020 but the concrete destroyed my knees and i only went 3 times. I was an advocate swimmer but due to covid the gyms are closed. My doctor suggested bike riding because it's easier on your joints. I started riding for about 20 minutes. I'm up to 3 miles in 40 min. It's amazing and I love it. Also it's strengthening my knees.
