Nutrition Plan

Hi I am a d3 college football player and am currently 5’10” 200lbs and i want to get up to 220lbs in a healthy manner and need some ideas for meal plans. I lift 3-4 times a week and have defensive line training 3 times a week where we do lots of cardio and advice?
