Just wanted to know if anyone here had used either keto or intermittent fasting for your diabetes. Does it work?

Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. Whether or not either will help your diabetes is a question for your doctor, or a registered dietian.

I just tried keto. It’s so difficult to stay on track.

Look into a lower-GI diet instead of keto - it's more sustainable for most people and is what dieticians recommend for diabetics.
There are studies showing good results for IF in diabetics, but the only ones I read were those which were fairly extreme (OMAD etc.) - again, for most people this isn't going to be sustainable.
You just need to find what works for you.
