Introduce Yourself. Please also tell why you chose to participate, what are you hoping to gain from doing this 21 day plan? Share what your current diet habits are like now and what would you specifically like to change? Have you every done any type of restriction diet in the past(restriction from carbs, meat, sugar or calorie restriction) and how did it help or hurt you? Most importantly please tell what your relationship is with Sugar right now?

    I'm sorry I'm new, what is this 21 day plan??

    My current diet habits are not all that great, but I've been a calorie counter since high school, so I've at least been able to prevent my weight from fluctuating toooo much. I don't restrict any types of foods, just try to eat minimally processed and eat more protein. I have done all kinds of different diets in the past: keto(heart palpitations so stopped-but I do very well with about 100-150 g of carbs), vegan(lost too much weight and ended up not feeling well after 2 months), no gluten or dairy (less acne), but my favorite way of eating is calorie cycling and keeping carbs to about 150 grams a day. I find this way of eating allows me to have a good balance. These past ways of eating hurt me in the beginning with obsessing, but over the past 3 years it allowed me to have a good understanding on nutrition and learn how to be balanced and have a healthy relationship with food. My relationship with sugar is good now, but in the past I had an issue with it. Now I just have a craving for dark chocolate most nights. Idk if that's too much or not. 😂
