We will help you in the kitchen! We have an awesome Warrior Kitchen posting healthy recipes from Breakfast to after Dinner Desserts! We also have a page for the Warrior Kitchen on www.allrecipes.com to easily access our recipes!

WHO WE ARE:
Our group was founded by Sally @Fitness327wk
AND Sue @shbarbor
IN JANUARY 2O2O. We added an awesome Captain this past month who also is a Tre-Athlete Dave @Djproulx
and he will share his experiences and advice on fitness and exercise. Our vision is to help members lose weight, increase fitness, and gain confidence.
WHAT WE DO:
The group is one team We conduct themed challenges throughout the month to help
grow, inspire, and maintain motivation. We weigh-in and report weekly to gauge our success.
You can change your weigh-in day later if you decide.
The registration Captain will register you to the team and give you the team thread information.
Start then you star posting on the teams main thread, and we will guide you through everything!
It's very Simple — lose weight and become healthier individuals while supporting each other. We emphasize support and accountability. We are here for you and for the long haul.
