Started this journey several weeks ago. Initially just cut out the fast food and soda. Went from 220 down to 206. Then just stagnated. Decided it's time for a change.
I'm attempting to learn the carb cycling diet. While I make a few mistakes with it, the app definitely helps me track calories and macros.
I do a HIIT workout 3x a week, and use a bowflex that had been collecting dust in the garage 3x a week as well. I rest/stretch/yoga on the seventh day.
On 05/20 I was 206, today I am 196. I'm so glad I had taken pictures when I started. I also take measurements. Sometimes that scale doesn't move, but changes are definitely happening.
