First century on a spin bike

I moved to a new town during COVID, kind of hard to make friends and I guess I have been in a funk and a little more lax with my diet. I forgot that you can’t out exercise your fork! I needed a reset. I did it in 4 hours and 48 minutes. I felt great the whole time and still do which I attribute to a little nutrition planning. Whahoooiiieee!

Wow I can't believe you SAT on a spin bike that long! Fitness aside, that would be the killer for me! LOL4

It was awesome! I don’t use a Peloton bike but I do use the App. I did 3 90 minute endurance classes. I was in my unfinished basement and wondered if I would go nuts looking at the walls but I really got into the workouts and tried to work on form.5
