Too much protein, vitamin A and vitamin C?

I consistently do fine on calories and fat, but somehow manage to go over - like way over - the set goals for protein, vitamin A, and vitamin C. I'm not really sure how I would go about cutting back on those things, but I guess what I'm asking is do I really need to? Is it possible to have too much of any of those things? Should I just ignore the goals MFP set for me on those things?

  • yeah, ignore unless you have reason to be concerned:

    Diarrhea
    Nausea
    Vomiting
    Heartburn
    Abdominal bloating and cramps
    Headache
    Insomnia
    Kidney stones
