What should I log swingball as? It doesn't involve the running of tennis, but lots of stretching, bending and hitting the ball
TIA

Saw this game for the first time yesterday afternoon. The four guys looked like they were doing a crossover of table tennis, squash and/or volleyball?!

Pairs/doubles table tennis or badminton may be the closest match from the few minutes of the game I saw.

This site says 20 min = 100 calories...

Since this game seems to only now getting taught in schools, it may be a whole yet before it gets tracked for calorie burn.

The guys yesterday were being intense so there's definitely cardio involved!

Thankyou. I hadn’t seen your reply earlier. It’s unique as it’s an exercise I actually enjoy! It’s funny that it’s being used in schools now as I remember it from the early eighties!
