My mom had a heart attack

Two nights ago my mother had a heart attack. It's from years of unhealthy living. I'm scared this will also happen to me. I'm 35 and extremely overweight. I've lost and gained the same 30 lbs over the past few years. I'm back to try again. Perhaps the fear will motivate me this time?
