Hi everyone...
I am in need to lose 15 lbs that I gained last year after I fell off the wagon. I wasn’t consistent as I suffered with an IT band. I am doing fine now. I am now consistent with my workouts but yet to be on track with my food intake. I am a South Indian who enjoys eating simple Indian, occasionally American food. I eat veg,chicken,fish,eggs.I am interested to incorporate some of Jillian’s meals as well.I am looking for an fitness buddy.
