Is this where I introduce myself? Well I'm a 69 year old gender fluid person from Sydney Australia. This is my third time on MFP and I need to get down from 129kg to at least 99kg. Any inspiration is keenly sought. Thanks, Mickie.

    To be help you, perhaps share what did (or did not) work the first two times you tried leveraging MFP.

    From there, I'm sure folks will be better able to point you to inspiring threads or get you to motivate yourself down to the 99 kg!
