Hey, I'm looking for some body positive friends who want to lose weight for health. No quick fixes but slow an steady. Want to join my feed to get encouraged? Add me as a friend! I post every day there with the focus on health versus calories. I prefer a good workout and celebrating mini goals over only calorie restrictions. I'd love some active friends on here to motivate each other!

    Added you as a friend! Try eating every two-3 hours. Also, have you tried an eating schedule? With what and when to eat?
