Wanting to lose 50 pounds - recipes, support, advice?

Hi there y'all!
My name is Sarah, and three years ago I, while on a medication, gained 50 pounds. It's gone down to as low as 150, but now I'm at around 160-165. I want to lose that weight and get down to 110, which is when I was looking and feeling great. I was able to walk and bike impressive distances (with some mild rock climbing and hiking) without my knees hurting terribly and being very out of breath.
Admittedly, I don't exercise a lot, but I'm trying to work my way up to an hour of exercise per day, and am now at between 15 and 30 minutes.
I also tend to have large portion sizes, though I'm working on that too. I also snack a lot (I try to make sure it's things like fruit, yogurt, and nuts, but I do have an addiction to sugar and drink quite a bit of Izze (used to be soda) and orange juice. Up to 4 cups a day, between the two. This is something I'm struggling with.
Does anyone have any advice for losing weight? Support also welcome, or recipes they really like that were cheap and healthy (and optionally, quick to prepare)?
Thanks for reading!
