Hi everyone!
I’m home with a little one so it’s hard to get a workout in ( ya I know excuses excuses ). Looking for more friends to inspire me when I see all those workouts being logged ! Have a great day everyone :)

    You can add me if you want. I exercise every day. I’d like to have one day a week where I only walk, but I usually end up doing more. I’m very disciplined with exercise because I get in a bad mood if I don’t get my workout in. I’m 56 years old and jog 3-4 days a week, ride my spin bike 3 days a week, get in 2 strength weights sessions a week and 1 light session a week. But I’ve still put Several pounds during this pandemic from stress eating. So, logging what I eat needs to be more of a goal from here on.

    I'm Sarah and I'm an extreme freshie to working out and eating healthy. I currently weigh around 165, which is about the max I've ever been at. It's humiliating for me, and I'm excited to get started!
