1 week in and lost 8 lb ????

Thrilled to be doing so well in my first week, think the app is fantastic, helping track my calories.

Just so much hope I can maintain it.

Looking for words of support and motivation, as I'm going away Friday for 5 days, worried about falling off track.

    Ohhh.....wow...Congratulations.....Btw I want to know that you achieved this by restricting calories only or you also added exercise in your routine??
  • That's fantastic. I'm 25 days in and 11lbs lighter :-) loving it. Also doing the couch to 5k and 30 day squat challenge. My advice would be to continue to log everything. But plan your day of food in the morning. That way you know how many calories you have left for any treats you would like whilst your away. I'm moving tuesday so it will be about convenience food. I will mainly try to keep healthy snacks close by to avoid other temptations x

    I added exercise as well, did approx 400 cals worth per day.
