Hello!

I am back. After various levels of success on various apps and diets I’m back. Quarantine has hit me hard but I’ve found some level of working out to be helpful. I’d like to change my habits during this time but also have people to chat with and celebrate the little things. I’ve got big big goals but i need to start small.

    Yes, small goals are key. I started with working out in the mornings, now I can't go a day without it, minus my day off. Now I'm focusing on my eating and adding in a nightly run. You can do it! 💪💪😄😄
