If it will be helpful to anyone, I will start posting daily at home workouts as well as my daily diet log. The at home workouts are short and could be done with a set of dumbbells and a band with a door accessory. (Most just require dumbbells)

Got outside for the first half of today’s workout which included a mile run followed by a 100 count of walking lunges. Then completed a 15 minute muscle building circuit.0
