The last 10 are the worst...

Woke up at 129.7 this morning. Goal is 119.
As a new mama though, it's so hard to not eat more due to exhaustion 😅 I'm doing pretty decent and have lost all the baby weight, but...

Any tips on losing the last ten?

Patience, consistency, tracking your food definitely helps especially close to goal. Also for me weighing often and using a weight trend app since water weight fluctuations are more apparent closer to goal and it can seem discouraging.

Expect the weight loss to be slow. 0.5 lbs a week at most. And I definitely second the suggestion of weighing daily and tracking it in a weight trend app to get a better picture of what your weight loss actually looks like. With only 10 lbs to lose the fluctuations could easily mask the progress you are making, especially if you’re only weighing once a week or less.

Yeah my weight has gone up a bit the past week due to getting my period back... Yay postpartum periods 😅 so that was discouraging and I indulged a bit more than I should've :P I'm giving myself a longer period of time to lose the last 10 just so I don't get so hard on myself 😬

I started weighing daily about 2-3 weeks ago. Before, it was like 1 time a week.

Yea that can mess with your weight too so it's good to have a cycle in your data to see the trends. I'm back to a small deficit too, I have about 3-5lbs left maybe. It's slow.
