I am still going to add my food intake on MFP but I like WW too cause I have good support with them ... AND more accountability is what I need and discipline!!! I am also starting a 21 day no sugar detox on Monday to help me reset my body a little

I like the support element of WW. But I’m now ignoring points and just counting calories. I’ve been double tracking for a couple of weeks... This week just gone I’ve been between 9 and 16 points over my 30 points allowance every single day and yet been just under my calorie goal every day (1360). I’ve earned and used fitness points and still am -29 points for the week. I’ve eaten around 3/4 of my exercise calories. And I’ve lost a pound. I think on WW I was eating around 1000 calories a day to stay within my points which I’m not happy with!2
