Hello all!

I’m Amelia and I’ve joined fitness pal after being a slimming world member..

SW worked for a long time, in fact I’ve lost 62.5lbs since end May last year. Lately though found the plan just isn’t working for me anymore...The weekly weigh ins draining and disheartening, the unlimited amounts of “free” food and basically I’ve plateau’d. Can’t see myself reaching my goal weight with them.

Soooo I’ve got myself a personal trainer to help me tone up and I’ll be calorie counting. Also have a Fitbit to keep me motivated. Feeling very positive and upbeat that I’ve made the right decision. 💪🏻
