No results in 5 months...should I give up?

Checking thyroid function is typically a good idea if weight loss seems more difficult than it should be. But weight loss SHOULD be difficult for OP considering she is already in the bottom half of the healthy weight range and aiming for underweight. I fear that this would just be another rabbit hole for her to worry her way down.
It took me a year to lose my last 5-10 lbs, and I was still in the upper half of the range. There was nothing physically wrong with me, it was just hard. Not as much wiggle room, and a fine line to balance properly fueling with a meaningful deficit.12 -

OP. Please go to a doctor. You sound very close to having an eating disorder and it’s concerning. You’ve made multiple posts all saying the same thing. You are not overweight and are actually losing more will place you in the underweight category. You are restricting calories and exercising a lot. Your period is starting to stop.
