    They did - sitting on my couch and eating junk food. TBH I needed the break and should have probably stayed home yesterday. Completely exhausted!

    @clutterqueen Painting the mailbox, tiling the side door entrance, painting the side door, then I can get onto the kitchen and bathroom work. We're in the process of finding a new home and so getting our current home prepared for the changeover is sorely needed. The last few years have been a process....

    My goal is no snacking after 9pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.

    My goal is to not eat bread for a month (I really love bread ok? ) And no more late night snacking. if I fail, an additional 20 minutes to my workout routines
