Will you commit with me to:

• log EVERY bite of food you take, daily, from Thursday, July 30 through Wednesday, August 12.

I believe logging meals is helpful ... because it is informative and because it causes one to think before eating.

However, I find myself not logging meals immediately. And so therefore, I am not logging meals daily.

Will you join me in this challenge?
