Introduction : I'm new to this

Hi, I'm new to the community. I have been doing workouts using Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and doing step aerobics. Currently trying to lose the weight I gained while recovering from a pulmonary embolism and pneumonia/pleurisy. Hoping to meet some workout buddies to exchange stories with (once I figure out how to do that).
