Hello all, I have followed this site for some time now, I am 5’9 227#, go to gym regularly cardio 60 plus minutes a day , eat very little and walk sometimes 20,000 steps most days at my job, 54 years old, just not moving in scale weight at all, I have gastroparesis, slow emptying of stomach any advice on supplements or routines to try sick of the k g belly?

I don't know anything about it but wanted to wish you luck. I have a lot of health issues and found weighing and logging everything made things clearer. I still lost slower than the data said I should but I went in the right direction.0
