Im am curious if these help or not..some people swear by them and some say its bad. Im holding most of my weight in my stomach and back. I had had two babies and two c sections so this area is a trouble zone. I have lost 57 pounds to date but the weight im carrying in my lower stomach is not letting me drop to my next pant size. Can I wear this to help promote some weight loss in this area ? Something to wear during my workout or is it a waste of money?
