Cheesy or not, it's a huge milestone. I know I was ecstatic when I hit it! Now I'm looking forward to being 'within normal limits'! I'm quite certain it'll be a while though!

So I began this journey at 5'0" and 187 lbs.
Through MFP and beginning C25k, I'm down to 152.4 lbs!
My ultimate goal is 125, but I am happy to say that I am no longer obese!!!
As of today, I'm just overweight!!
I know it's cheesy, but YAY!!

Fabulous! This is a great achievement, one I am sure many of us strive for. While I do not put a whole lot of faith in the BMI calculations, I still look to move down from the "red zone". I am currently sitting just above "over weight" at 30.1. I have 5 pounds left to lose to move down. However, I a have quite a bit of muscle so it's likely off a bit but I'll be happy when I get below 30.1.

Awesome work, congrats! This resonated with me especially; I'm 4'11" and had a similar starting weight, and heading toward about the same goal. I never thought to check to see when this happened for me, so now I'm all proud that I'm "just overweight" too, so thanks!
