fitness journey struggle

Hello! About 3 months ago I begin this journey towards a better me mentally and physically ( thanks to being deployed, the cornavirus and most importantly having a son on the way) I started the journey at 69" 201lbs and 28 percent bodyfat during my last taping, last month I was at 69" 186 and 23 percent bodyfat! my goal been trimming the body fat and trying to maintain(maybe even gain some lean muscle)as much little muscle that i have lol. Im very new to this whole tracking marcos and dieting thing I been sticking with 1800 calories 180 grams of protien, 180 grams of carbs and 40 grams of fat. I feel like i started off great, looking slimer, feeling stronger ( found a new love in bodyweight and calisthenics workouts) seeing muscle on my body i didnt know i had 😂 but recently i started to feel like the progress have stop and even feel like i may have gain some weight back. could this be my dieting? maybe even overworking? just recently i was ask to help out some other on a fitness journey for about a month now ive been doing two a day work out. I am really focus on trying to my goal on 175 and eventually 15 percent bodyfat or less so any advice are welcome! thanks.
