Working on being more healthy

Hello, everybody,

I recently weighed myself and was horrified. I want to be a person who doesn't care about weight, but it's hard not to. Also, my BMI is just out of the healthy range. The problem is that worrying about weight stresses me, and stress makes me eat unhealthy. So I'm trying to approach this day-by-day.

I've also recently decided to stop drinking, so I have to work on finding new outlets when I crave instant gratification.

However, the good news is that I jogged a few 12-minute miles today. I know this is crazy slow for some people but it's really good for me. So that's a win.
