Hi! Is there anyone else out there on a low-oxalate diet? I'm still trying to figure it all out and I would love to share stories and recipes! It seems like there is so much conflicting information out there!

I'm sorry to read of your dietary difficulties. I don't share your problem but have other dietary problems which have improved over time. When I was looking for help with my own issues the first reference I found to oxalate was in the digital book "Food Can Make You Ill" by Sharla Race, a health researcher.
Today I found this site, Dr Suzanne.com. I found her blog titled, How to reduce your Oxalate intake and fight chronic illness, part 2. She recommends a three pronged approach. 1 correcting microbial overgrowth, 2 monitoring oxalate intake, I'm sure you are doing this. 3 take supplements to counteract the dangers. She mentions vit e and selenium. I hope you can find it too, I'm sure it will help you greatly.
As someone who has reduced my own dietary reactions I hope this site is helpful to yourself. Many reject the functional approach, I found it most helpful in my own health improvements. Wishing you all the very best.1
