Hey, guys
I have been the same weight for the past month now and I'm feel like I'm losing motivation even though I am eating healthy and doing my daily workouts! It frustrates me that working my hardest to lose weight!
I need to know if I need to change anything?
I have also recently started doing pilates at home and I'm hoping that my weightloss is at a stand still due to me building muscles or I'm not balancing the right food with my workouts
Any suggests would be a great help
Thanks

Eating "healthy" and working out are going to be less relevant than whether or not you're in a calorie deficit. Are you eating to hit a specific calorie goal. If so, how did you determine what that goal would be?7

Are you weighing and measuring foods accurately? Checking the entries in MFP to make sure they are accurate? As above, eating healthy it not eating in a deficit will not result in weight loss.
It’s a great idea to eat healthy, BUT the only thing that really matters for weight loss is CICO.2
