Newbie

Good morning! I have completed three days of logging my weight and meals into MFP. I have lost 2 pounds already. I am super excited to see what this month brings. However, I get discouraged when I think how easy I have given up in the past. I want to lose 30 pounds. Any tips or motivation for me? Thanks!

    Hi😊 just here to tell you I’ve been on the same boat. I’ve given up so many times that I just find it easy to fall off track and continue on that path of eating junk. I want to lose 15lbs hopefully I can stay on track this time
