So constantly you see people saying the scale isn't important , don't go by the scale go by the mirror so on so forth and I just wanted to zone in on this way and why the scale IS in fact important
Because you have worked pretty damn hard to see the number on the scale drop and you deserve to get that gratification , you deserve to see that number drop because you pulled your *kitten* out of the bed 3 days this week to hit the gym or walk the road even though it was raining , that's why the number on the scale is important because that's your little reward no it doesn't congratulate you actually it doesn't even know your name and the minute you step off it doesn't even remember what weight you were........
And wait no1 else has noticed you dropped 2Ibs this week , no one has came up to you on the street and said hey you look 2Ibs lighter this week , actually it wasn't till I lost well over 10Ibs did anyone notice it actually it prob took that long for me to even notice it probably even longer
Do you see where I'm going with this ...,.,.
So many girls including myself get so caught up with these little weight changes we miss the bigger picture
So your up 2Ibs this week , did the scale give out to you ? Did it say it was disappointed ? Did anyone notice it ?
Changes are the answer to that is NO ..
Now the scale does play a role in weight loss/motivation but we give it way more credit than it deserves , after all remember it doesn't even know your name nor does it care ..
The whole point of this post is not to get bogged down by small little changes on the scale , weight fluctuations happen for several reasons and to be quiet frank at the end of the day they don't really matter.
So girls/ boys its time to give the scale abit of its own medicine and that a lot less notice of it
I promise you'll be a happier person because of it
