Another newbie incoming. My weight has always been an issue. But I’m starting to take more responsibility for my health now I’m the other side of 40.

I started the gym back in Feb but then came the lockdown. So I did Couch to 5K instead and now consider myself a bit of a runner. If I’m being honest I would have to say my main issue has always been the food side of things.

I absolutely love my food and also have a bit of a sweet tooth which obviously doesn’t help. My physical appearance has changed since I began running, I know whatever weight I’ve lost (I’ve actually managed to resist getting on the scales) could have been so much better if I was as committed to my diet as I am the exercise.

Cross one bridge at a time though right?
