Hi to whoever reads this. I'm 20, have arthritis and I am hoping to lose 35 ish kgs to get down to my ideal weight and to help ease my pain. I would love some tips or exercises to help me workout without putting to much strain on most of my joints (as my arthritis can flare up in almost all of my joints). Thank you for reading!
