i had some sugar free vanilla instant pudding sitting around, so i decided to try something new.

i mixed up some unflavored protein powder with cold water (24 grams muscle feast unflavored, 4 ounces of water), mixed it thoroughly, then mixed in 7 grams of pudding mix, which is a serving. it thickened enough to make a thicker drink that was really good, and in the fridge, it thickened not as firm as pudding but it firmed up nicely.

i'll definitely be leaving a few cups of that ready to go for a quick sweet snack and protein fix :)

next stop? chocolate pudding!

Good tip! There's a recipe section in this forum. I feel like this would be better suited there

Sugar free pudding mix in greek yogurt. Add a little skim milk if you don’t want it as thick. With some coconut whipped cream (tiny calories) on top.

I recommend lemon flavored. Tonight I’m trying white chocolate.

It’s addictive. I build my whole day around my evening pudding.

And good ideas are welcome, wherever they are posted.
