My name is Beth and I've only been on a fitness journey for about a month. I'm slowly learning how to stop overeating and truly love myself. I've lost about 25 pounds and it feels so good! I still have a little under 200 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight. I feel very hopeful!

Excellent. Beth, you're in the Honeymoon Phase of weight loss. When you move over into to the Fight Like Hail Phase of weight loss don't hesitate to report what's going on. I stayed there for well over 2 years and it does get a bit wearisome. Stay the course and don't deviate from a winning game.0
