Day 1 of counting but Week 5 of broken leg......
Badly broke my leg 5weeks ago so still can't weight bear, stuck on crutches and wchair still and then won't be able to properly walk for another 2months, so if anyone can advise if just counting and not much physical activity they have lost weight that would be great, as god i don't want to put on more weight whilst immobile unless vaccuming from a wheelchair counts!!
Though pool session at end of week, hoopla.
