I can't work out how to put in aa grams total for the day for protein carbs and fats. Is it worth that going to premium to do this and also what is the cost. I can't find it anywhere. Thank you 🙂🙃

In the app, if you are looking at your diary page, turn the phone sideways to see your macros for the day.
You can set your macros as a percent of your calories. Go home, select the menu button, select goals, then set custom goals to adjust your macro goals as a percent of your calories.
Unless you have been logging for a while I suggest sticking with the free version and seeing if you will stay committed before spending money on premium. There are some neat additional features in premium, but they are more valuable for committed members with detailed nutrition goals. The free version is more than enough for a new person starting out
and many long term members as well who don't feel the need to get into nitty gritty details.3 -
Thank you. Very insightful. Much appreciated 🙂.0
