Back Again! Looking for active friends.

Hi all,
I was really active on here back in 2013/2014 with success and then off/on again since then. Now I have realised my current weight is unmanageable and is not healthy. I am 5'5 and weigh 201 (was 203 until last week XD) and I want to get down to around 140/145lbs.
I'm 26 and based in the UK with my main form of exercise being walking, I've started c25K (currently on week 2) and some strength training at home (but I want to up this). My daily calorie intake is 1300, I occasionally eat back a small amount of exercise calories.
My old friends from 2013/14 are very inactive now and I'd love some new ones to support and cheer each other on!

I too am starting over. Once upon a time I hit my goal of 135, then life happened. Now I'm approximately 175lbs and a mom of 4. I've come to the conclusion that a diet really isn't an option right now. Changing my habits though, that's my number 1 goal.0
