Keto and electrolytes

Question- I’m on week 3 of Keto and have been experience some symptoms of the “keto flu.” I primarily drink water all day long- but I started wondering if I should be replacing some electrolytes after cardio. If so, what suggestions do you all have?

    Add more salt to your food or even drink some salt water. Make sure you are eating lots of veg (potassium). You can also try something like Nuun tablets (an alternative for Gatorade or the like without the sugar).

    Agreed. I also run Kaged Muscle hydration and that seems to help. Pickles and olives can also help.
