Hello! New to this group and I love the accountability and day by day approach.

Goal - moderate
Week 1: record everything
Week 2: cut drinks by 25%
Week 3: cut by another 25%
Week 4: 2 AF days per week

I am on day 3 of week one and everything is recorded.
